Current Measurements - Feb 21 2013
There hasn’t been much of a change, sadly, I’m feeling stronger than I was when I first started working out again, maybe since I took such a long time off it’ll just take longer to see more results? I’m not sure. Here’s hoping that I can continue and see better results in the near future.

I feel like I should keep a food journal, but I’d feel almost too embarrassed to start writing down what I eat, because while it’s not a whole lot of food, it’s not the most healthy in the world either.
